Systemic Investigation, Protection and Prosecution Strategies (SIPPS) describes the model for safeguarding vulnerable children and adults and offender management that has been developed by Craig Barlow and his Associates.
Based upon state of the art knowledge in the fields of Modern Slavery, Trafficking of Human Beings, Exploitation and Abuse of Children and Vulnerable Adults the SIPPS Model has a sound theoretical foundation and is informed by practice and experience.
MISSION
Craig Barlow and his associates strive to support and develop multi-disciplinary strategies for combating abuse and exploitation of vulnerable people throughout the world. Building on decades of study, practice experience, and shared knowledge, we work to improve investigation of needs, risk, vulnerability and threat, to develop realistic and effective protection and recovery plans for injured individuals and groups, and the successful pursuit and prosecution of abusers and exploiters.
